The hotel is designed for business people and offers a full range of services: equipped modern conference area, big convertible conference hall that can be divided into meeting room and hall with different sound and video systems.
Problem
The problem was to design, build and install audio and visual systems for convertible conference hall that can be divided into meeting room (55 m) and hall (125 m). The client required different sound and video systems for both areas.
About project
Conference hall
«AudioVisualSystems» installed basic complex of equipment which allows to comfortably operate the site right now, and easily expand its functionality in the future.
Result
We created a switching system, made the design taking into account the planned expansion of the equipment fleet and installed sound amplification and video display systems.
The project included: conference hall.
Key equipment we used: Quiet and economical projector Panasonic PT-EW640E. The brightness of 5800 LM provides bright and clear images even in lighted areas, the lamp change cycle of 4500 hours guarantees a low cost of ownership. Digis motorized screen is easy to operate, it is characterized by a wide viewing angle and ease of use.
The amplification system is implemented on the equipment Bose FreeSpace DS 16. It allows you to independently voice the rooms when they are separated by a partition, or to voice the entire room when there is no partition. A wall panel is used for centralized sound control.
