Park Inn is the leading worldwide hotel corporation. They provide high-level hospitality services.
Problem
The problem was to design, build and install audio visual systems for conference hall in the hotel. The client required a system which can support business events for guests of the hotel, simultaneous translation and video conferencing systems. Hotel room interactive TV also was necessary.
About project
Conference hall
We designed and installed Crestron control system wich unified multimedia, lightening and air conditioning in the place. That system provided possibility to plug in equipment without using additional wires. It also allowed to control light, sound, video and climate by using one remote controller. We installed Panasonic projector with 5m wide projection screen, Bose sound reinforcement system, Polycom video conference system.
Meeting rooms
We installed equipment for video display, sound reinforcement system and video conference system in 3 meeting rooms and 2 halls.
Hotel rooms
We installed interactive hotel tv in all rooms, lobby and bar and digital signage system in all public spaces. It allowed to inform new visitors and enlarge awareness about hotel.
Result
with the help of In short time we designed and installed all necessary A/V systems for the hotel using high-quality equipment of world brands.
The project included: conference hall, 3 meeting rooms, 2 halls, bar, lobby and hotel rooms.
